Losing Weight For Your Health

Hello, my name is Sandra Warner and when I went to see my doctor for my annual physical examination she told me that I needed to lose weight. The excess pounds that I was carrying around was making it hard for me to breathe and I was having difficulties climbing the stairs. I took my doctor's advice seriously and I immediately started exercising and eating healthier. At first I could only walk for a few minutes at a time, but as the pounds began to fall off, I was able to jog around the block without getting out of breath. I wanted to write this blog to help motivate others who need to lose weight for their health. In my blog, you'll be able to track my progress and I'll share some exercise and eating tips that have helped me to shed the weight and keep it off.
